• Rep needed for MUPC meetings

Accounting 

• Bank balance: $800
• MUPC dues are due soon
• Buoy permit application repayment has been completed
• Fundraisers
  • Stickers
    • Sell to shops @ $2.50 ea
    • Sell to customers @ $5.00 ea
  • Shirts
    • Sell to shops @ $13.00 ea
    • Sell to customers @ $20.00 ea
  • Jeff and Gordon to cover local shops to gather interest
  • Thought:
    • Buy X stickers and X shirts to have a dive shop be an ‘official’ supporter of the preserve

Marketing

  • Updating & maintenance:  Crystal
  • Continue having the site hosted on Register.com for the coming year

Events 

• Charters
  • Three dive charters out of South Haven with Jensen Charters
    • $95 + lunch
    • 2 tank diving
    • Find the dates to post on website
• Pier cleanup:  Ken
• Co-sponsored events with WMUP
• Need to finish UW Archeology class and set dates for the dives
• Treasure Hunt @ Moby’s
  • Tentatively set for second Saturday of September 2012

Membership 

• Need to find a good way to promote membership
• Need to get other shops involved
• Dive shop membership:
  • Min stickers / min shirts (stated earlier)
  • Advertisement spot on website
• Create membership card
• Jeff & Gordon will manage membership together
  • To start:
    • Jeff took 15 of each sticker and 1 shirt
    • Gordon took 20 of each sticker and 1 shirt
